New! Spraybooth Technology’s Air Replacement System

Rimplas is pleased to announce that we have recently installed a state of the art, ‘Air Replacement System’ from Spraybooth Technology. This is part of our ongoing commitment to provide the very best facilities to improve quality and to reduce energy consumption.

The high performance technology draws outside air through filters and then pre heats to the required temperature. This keeps the factory draught free and improves the paint transfer efficiency by reducing airspeeds. At the same time we have improved filter monitoring and are EPA and HSE compliant.
