Rimplas commenced trading in January 1987. Our manufacturing plant is located the south east region of England within easy reach of motorway / air / shipping network.

We believe the difference between our mouldings and those of our competitors can be demonstrated on the factory floor.  We have invested every year to make our factory as good as any in Europe.

The company has more than 25000 feet of manufacturing space.  Quality control to  ISO9000 standards is used throughout our manufacturing processes.  Our computer aided production control system ensures customers mouldings flow efficiently through the plant.

We are a genuinely innovative company and look to partnerships with our customers and together with developing the most efficient way to manufacture their products.

We have the flexibility to embrace short as well as long production runs and we are fully conversant with modern supply methods such as kanban and jit.
